Laser Cutting

Stollco Industries Ltd. utilizes state of the art CNC equipment. At the heart of our laser cutting department are two highly efficient CO2 laser cutters made by Trumpf Inc., a world renowned manufacturer of fabricating machinery.

Our Trumatic TC-L-3030 laser cutter has a work area of 3.0x1.5m. That's almost 10x5 feet! It cuts up to:

  • 20mm thick mild steel
  • 15mm thick stainless steel
  • 10mm aluminum
  • plus many other materials
and all with 1/1000 inch precision

  • Laser cutters are multifunctional tools. Their strength lies in their ability to work with many different materials. They are also capable of processing just about any imaginable geometrical shape. Whether the geometry of the parts to be cut is rather simple or very complex, the laser beam delivers perfect results every time. Over the years we have cut hundreds of different materials and thousands of different part geometries. Laser cutting makes finishing a thing of the past. Atlthough in some cases, laser blanking might be a little more expensive compared to other processes, it can eliminate many finishing operations, making the end product more cost and time effective. And, even though we use our laser cutters primarily for cutting out parts, they also do a terrific job engraving a variety of materials.

    Whether you order
    • big heavy duty parts
    • tiny, fragile parts
    • simple parts
    • complicated parts
    • high precision parts
    Our laser cutters will deliver.

But, we dont stop at flat plate cutting. Our laser cutters can also accommodate your needs when it comes to cutting round or square tubes and other profiles.

With ongoing innovations in the field of laser cutting, we are continuously upgrading our equipment.
Our CNC programmers and machine operators regularly attend training courses to help keeping Stollco's laser cutting department on the "cutting" edge.
